The week after stepping out on to the White Hart Lane pitch young Tottenham fan Marshall Janson got the chance to train alongside his heroes at the club's training ground.
Marshall, who lost both his arms and legs to severe meningitis when he was a baby, joined the Spurs substitutes as they performed their half-time drills during last Sunday's defeat by Southampton.
The eight-year-old, wearing a Spurs shirt with 'Kane' on the back, joined his idols at Hotspur Way on Thursday as Mauricio Pochettino's side continued their preparations for the final game of the season against Newcastle on Sunday. Marshall, who walks using two prosthetic blades, was pictured enjoying a kick-about with star striker Harry Kane and even attempted to dribbles past Austrian defender Kevin Wimmer.
Marshall was given a rousing reception by the White Hart Lane crowd when he appeared during half-time last Sunday, accompanied on to the pitch by Mousa Dembele who is currently serving a six-game ban.
Marshall's mother said Sunday was a 'dream come true' for the sports-mad youngster who was invited by the club to spend more time with his idols at the training ground.
Janson was just a one-year-old when he contracted meningitis, almost losing his life. The only way to save him was to amputate his arms and legs.
The youngster certainly seemed to enjoy training alongside Kane, who has scored 25 Premier League goals this season. Marshall admitted that the striker was his 'favourite player'.
Meanwhile, there was further reason for cheer in north London after the club confirmed on Thursday that Pochettino has finally put pen to paper on a new five-year deal, believed to be worth £5.5million per season making him the highest-paid manager in the club's history.
The Argentinian announced last month that he had a verbal agreement with Daniel Levy, the club's chairman, over extending his contract at White Hart Lane.
Tottenham face already-relegated Newcastle at St James' Park on the final day of the season looking to end the campaign on a high by securing a top-two spot ahead of north London rivals Arsenal.
Spurs' title challenge fell short in the final weeks and they have only taken two points from their last three Premier League fixtures to leave the door open for the Gunners to pip them to second on the final day.
